Well the 2010 season is in full swing, been a few rainy events lately,but rain golf is fun.The Quad City Disc Golf Club ran the fifth annual Rumble a few weeks back , and i got the pleasure of playn three premire courses at one event it was awesome,as it usually is.Played decently well for the weekend i was off my goal by four strokes each round and when it was said and done came up two short of first,but a great 2nd place finished in advanced.In other news a have recently made the switch, to discraft.I feel that it is paying dividends for me.i feel like ive gained consistencey and lost a lil distance.Which i can handle.Putting with the new focus and loving them, and not to mention the nuke.If you have never thrown one you don't know what you are missing.They go 30 ft farther than anything else.Love em!!! The IronLion tourney series is about to be pickn up so looking forward to many great events.Hope to play well.Say tuned for more updates.May your discs fly straight and true. Peace

 

 

The 2010 discgolf season is off and rolling.The season has started off a lil slow for me put has been picking up fast.The past weekend was the annual Wildcat Bluff Dubs and i got the chance to play with our beloved team captain Chase.We started off with a smoking hot 13 down first round but the team we were playing aginst also matched our 13 down with a ace.So we tied for lead after first round with many chasing close behind.we managed to bogey our first hole second round,only one of the day.and i think that sparked the fire and we plugged on to shoot a 4 down second rd which was also hot round too!!! We did win by two strokes but it felt good to play with very few mistakes!!!Thanks Chase had a good time.as mat approaches i have many events  almost everyweekend and looking for good things to happen.Wish me luck!

Just gor in from a workday at Devils Glen, and for the two to three hours we put in the course looked great!Made me even more excited to play this weekend!!!It was great to see some many guys from the team out and others!!!I really wish we could do this once a month a adifferent course each time.All the courses would look amazing. Cant wait for sat hope to see ya all there!!!!   FB

Well its sunday morn and I cant sleep! That means Im ready to play!!!The weather forcast is  cool with no rain.counldnt ask for a bertter day!!!!!played league yesterday and shot a decent 12 down but i know it will be windy 2day!!!I want to wish good luck to my fellow TEAM members today.Hopefully i willl follow this up with a big win !!!! Man i thought some of the tourneys  wore me out , nothing compared to the last few weekends!!! What alot of fun. Congrats to matt and sarah!!! It was sweet to see the iron lion crew and friends there.Think i danced my ass off!!!! Now its back to the grind im ready for some golf!!! I hope this rain stops so i can head to leagues!!!!
