Relevant

As we start creating next seasons calendar, its time to reflect back on some of the more successful events from this season and figure out how to make them better, and what we were missing from the others. Right now, only one is on my mind.

The Safari: This years Safari will be earlier in the season. We may actually use 2 different courses, one will be a temp on different land. Or, possibly just make it 27 holes, at Richmond Hill. Either way, we wont turn people away next season. It was hard to do that, but what can you do?  This is where we are with disc golf, events will fill.

In the event a second course is used, it will be at Prarie Park. Those of you with a good memory may remeber when this was used at The Maple City Open years ago. Tim Miller and Ed Burde built a temp course out there, I cant understand how it isnt permanate, but with the emerging Geneseo scene it wont be long before its in the ground...hopefully. Geneseo is really starting to pump out some talent, and almost all of it is young. It took awhile, but the residents are finally putting Richmond Hill to work, and rarely is there not somebody on the course.

 In other news, SuperClass will be making waves this year as we plan to run quite a few events and all or most WILL be sanctioned. This is a great way to spend the day, and doesnt require 2 dozen discs. Just a few, maily a Zephyr for me, as they just seem to fly the best. We still have plenty in stock, custom stamped!
